Order Information

If you have any questions you are invited to E-Mail us for detailed information about any items featured on this site, or any other questions you may have.  Please use one of the methods under the CONTACT US portion of this Website to make your inquires.

PayPal, money orders, personal checks, cashiers checks, and most major credit cards are all welcomed. Please make all purchases in US currency.  Items will not ship or be available for pickup until payment clears.

CREDIT CARD PURCHASE THROUGH OUR ONLINE WEBSITE
Please complete your order using our Online shopping cart. You do not have to create an account to complete your purchase, just use the “Guest Checkout” feature.  However, creating an account allows you to track your order and provides you the convenience of having your information available for future orders.  When finalizing your checkout, you will have the option to have the item shipped to you, or to be able to visit the showroom in Savannah, Georgia, to pick up your purchase.  Payments can be made directly through our Website, and are processed using PayPal under our parent company’s name, Corporate House Savannah.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to complete your order, there is a “Guest Checkout” on the login page of their Website that allows you to enter your credit/debit card information for one-time use purposes.

CREDIT CARD PURCHASE OVER THE PHONE OR IN OUR SHOWROOM
If you wish to make your purchase over the phone, please call us at 912.234.5520, and we can process your payment over the phone or put a hold on the item if you wish to come to the showroom to finalize your payment and pick up your item.  The only credit cards we can accept over the phone or in our showroom are Visa & MasterCard.  If you wish to use American Express, Discover, or a select few other credit/debit cards, please use our Online checkout and PayPal can process your payment (note: you do not have to have a PayPal account to use your credit card with them, just use their "Guest Checkout" when you reach the login page of thier Website).

CHECK, MONEY ORDER, OR CASHIER'S CHECK PAYMENTS
If you wish to mail your payment, please make it payable to: “THE POMEGRANATE” (our d.b.a. name, and is affiliated with Taylor Galleries and Corporate House Savannah).  Place your order via our Online store, and select the appropriate payment type at checkout (i.e., "Cheque / Money Order").  This will generate an invoice for you to mail with your payment.  We will set aside your purchase once your Online order is invoiced, but will not ship the items or release them to you for local pick up until your payment is received and cleared.

SHIPPING
Shipping costs are determined based on standard rates and are listed as part of your final purchase price.  That includes the cost of freight, packaging, handling, insurance, etc.  However, if you wish to make alternative arrangements (e.g., local pick up, private currier, special shipment instructions, use another freight company of your choosing, etc.), please use the CONTACT US area of this Website so that we can work with you to complete your order.

LOCAL PICK UP
If you paid Online and wish to pick up your purchased items from our showroom, bring a copy of the invoice that was E-Mailed to you along with the PayPal payment confirmation receipt containing the amount paid into the showroom during our regular operating hours and the representative will provide you with your merchandise.
